Pre Construction Treatments ( Pre-treats )
Soil Treatments:
- Applied under concrete slabs before pouring
- Must be applied on clear days
- Attacks termites where they live (in the soil)
- Second application needed once structure is completed
- Applied BEFORE rebar or vapor barrier is installed!
- New construction or additions should be pretreated before the "building" starts.

Patriot Pest Control specializes in pre-treats. We want your investment to be protected. There are three basic construction types: slabs, crawl spaces, and basements. We realize each house is different in the way it is built and each house may be treated differently. Basically before concrete is poured we treat the soil that is going to be underneath the structure. Footings, garages, porches, piers, foundation walls, and for slabs - before the rebar and vapor barrier is installed. Please call us with any questions or concerns regarding your pre-treatment.
